Yoga and physical health

Yoga is fun, but not only! It has many positive impact on You.

Let’s start with the physical health.

And we don’t have in mind the weight loss only, but also.

From my experience, after the accident that I suffered some years ago, was when I discovered yoga, I must say that it helped me a lot. I was able to maintain active AND safe by doing a sport with no impact on my knees or badly injured leg. I was able to gain flexibility, increased muscle strength that was needed for better healing and I want to emphasize that I did enjoy it a lot. I also get my partner involved and now both of us enjoy yoga a lot!

All these benefits that give yoga whilst you are having fun. That’s a win-win!

FLEXIBILITY

When you hear that somebody practices yoga, the first thing that comes to your mind is that for sure is very flexible then. And that’s not a joke. Yoga practice’s most important advantage is the flexibility gain. It’s so cool to be able to touch your feet with your fingers having your legs straight….yes, but guys, moreover this is directly linked with our physical health. Tight muscles can lead to pain in many part of your body, finally ruining your posture.

THE POSTURE

Nowadays the sedentary lifestyle (school, university, then the workplace) is the most common one, unfortunately. Whenever you finish your day, something hurts you; your back, neck, knee…

Yoga is a perfect way to improve your posture. Yoga practice provides you with pain ease and in the end corrects your posture.

WEIGHT LOSE

Yoga as any type the of sports done regularly gets you in better shape and let you loose some weight. Attention: You won’t get slimmer if you still enjoy your daily burger 🙂

BLOOD PRESSURE DECREASE

For you who has a high blood pressure, yoga will be very beneficial. There are studies published in the British medical magazine that compared Savasana ( the last posture of the exercise – relaxation) with simply lying on a sofa. Studies resulted that Savasana helps your blood pressure drop.
